By using BatchVision (batchvision.art) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
BatchVision is a free, browser-based batch image processing tool. It removes backgrounds, applies filters, centers subjects, adds watermarks, and exports images in multiple formats. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no login required.
You may only upload images that you own or have the right to process. You may not use BatchVision to:
You retain full ownership of all images you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. Images are processed solely to perform the function you requested and are automatically deleted within 60 minutes. We do not store, analyse, share, or use your images for any other purpose.
BatchVision is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your requirements. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits.
The BatchVision API is available for personal and commercial use subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or block access if usage is abusive or causes server strain. API endpoints are provided without SLA guarantees.
BatchVision displays advertising via Google AdSense (Google LLC). AdSense may use cookies and collect browsing data to serve personalised ads. It is only loaded after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at batchvision.art/terms.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of BatchVision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
BatchVision is a general-purpose tool with no age-restricted content. Under Austrian law and GDPR Art. 8, users under 14 years of age require parental or guardian consent before using this service. BatchVision does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If you believe a child under 14 has used the service without consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
